The invention refers to an elevator car, comprising a car spoiler (22, 28) at its top and/or bottom, which elevator car (10) has a car sling (20) with a horizontal frame part (16, 18) on which at least one elevator cabin (12, 14) is supported, in which elevator car at least one vertically extending spoiler element (36) is located aside of the horizontal frame part (16, 18), which spoiler element has upper and lower flange portions (40, 42), at least one of them being connected with elevator car parts (32, 28, 50) located above and/or below of the frame part, as well as an essentially vertically extending middle portion (44), whereby the spoiler element (36) is arranged in a distance from the frame part (16, 18).
