摘要 The present invention provides a bending core of a high frequency pipe bending device, comprising: a high-frequency coil formed into a ring shape, generating high frequencies using an external power source, and inductive-heating a pipe (bent pipe) passing through a center of the ring-shaped high-frequency coil by an electromagnetic induction reaction due to the high frequencies; a cooling water passage formed along an internal space of the high-frequency coil, and autonomously cooling the high-frequency coil while enabling the cooling water to flow; a plurality of cooling water nozzles formed at constant intervals along an inner circumference of the ring-shaped high-frequency coil, and injecting the cooling water flowing along the cooling water passage to the pipe (bent pipe) passing through the center of the ring-shaped high-frequency coil; and an air-cooling core formed into a ring shape, arranged on one side of the high-frequency coil, and air-cooling the pipe (bent pipe) by injecting compressed air to an outer circumference of the pipe (bent pipe) while passing through the pipe (bent pipe) passing through the high-frequency coil. The bending core of the high frequency pipe bending device is capable of controlling a temperature to heat the bent pipe to be uneven in an axial direction of the pipe (bent pipe) bent by high temperature properties of a metal, and controlling a temperature to cool the bent pipe to be uneven by selectively adjusting an amount of injection and an injection pressure of the cooling water in a circumferential direction of the pipe (bent pipe).
