The cartilage culture member according to the present invention comprises a growth support which is provided to come into contact with one of the perichondria on both sides of a cartilage and formed from porous hydrogel of at least one material from among polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyvinyl acetate (PVA). The present invention provides a member capable of culturing cartilage, particularly ear cartilage, which can be applied to the treatment of degenerative joint disease and the like by being inserted between perichondrium and cartilage or by being adjacent to the perichondrium remaining after cartilage has been taken, and provides an environment in which stem cells can be grown as cartilage tissues in the human body.
