DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND DEVICE

Provided are a data transmission method and device, which relate to the field of wireless communications. The method comprises: when receiving a triggering command for a triggering period BSR, acquiring a priority of a logic channel to which uplink data being sent belongs and acquiring a priority of a logic channel to which the period BSR belongs; on the basis of the priority of the logic channel to which the uplink data being sent belongs and the priority of the logic channel to which the period BSR belongs, judging whether the priority of the uplink data is larger than that of the period BSR; when the priority of the uplink data is larger than that of the period BSR, sending the uplink data to a base station in a manner that the priority of the uplink data is higher than that of the period BSR; and when the priority of the uplink data is smaller than that of the period BSR, sending the period BSR to the base station in a manner that the priority of the period BSR is higher than that of the uplink data. The present invention avoids sectioning of uplink data in a high-priority logic channel, avoids delayed sending of the uplink data in the high-priority logic channel and also avoids redundancy of scheduling resources.
