ELECTRODE FOR SECONDARY BATTERY, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery which has high power and a large capacity or excellent durability.

SOLUTION: An electrode for a secondary battery has a planar current-collecting material 1 and a planar body 3 disposed in a planar shape on the material 1. The planar body 3 is fibrous or porous, and disposed on the material 1 almost in parallel thereto, and the inside of which is filled with at least electrode active substances to form an electrode layer 2. The planar body 3 includes a natural fibrous material or engineering plastic having a melting temperature of 150°C or higher and the fibrous material or the porous material of the planar body 3 has an impregnation property of an electrolyte.
