<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "warning device and a warning direction" for preventing any accident by making it possible for the driver of a peripheral vehicle to grasp whether or not the driver of a line-of-sight detection object vehicle drives by paying attention to any dangerous factor without paying attention more than necessary. <P>SOLUTION: A direction which should be watched by a driver is predicted by a line-of-sight direction predicting part 4 based on information showing the traveling circumstance of a line-of-sight detection object vehicle, and a direction which is actually watched by the driver is detected by a line-of-sight direction detecting part 3, and warning information is transmitted to a peripheral vehicle according to adaptability. Thus, it is possible to urge the peripheral vehicle to pay attention, and it is possible for the driver of the peripheral vehicle to grasp whether or not the driver of the line-of-sight detection object vehicle drives by paying attention to any dangerous factor without paying attention more than necessary.
