摘要 A brake performance improving method by cooperative control among hybrid control units(HCU) for a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to prevent deterioration of the performance of brake, by offering negative pressure as required by a brake booster. A brake performance improving method by cooperative control among hybrid control units(HCU,31) for a hybrid electric vehicle comprises steps of monitoring booster pressure by receiving a signal of a booster pressure sensor(4) that detects inner pressure of a brake booster(2) by the HCU, comparing the booster pressure detected by the booster pressure sensor with a preset reference value, outputting a torque increase requesting signal when the detected booster pressure is less than the reference value, increasing the driving torque for a motor(21) by a motor control unit(MCU,32) according to the requesting signal applied from the HCU, generating a negative pressure in an intake manifold(13) by shutting an idle speed actuator(ISA,15) as much as the increased driving torque.
