PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an engine to be easily started up at a low temperature.SOLUTION: In a configuration to transmit power from an output shaft of an engine 3 to a hydraulic pump through power transmission means, the hydraulic pump control device has: engine start-up means; temperature detection means which detects temperature relevant to the engine 3; a clutch 50 which connects or disconnects transmission of the power; a motor 51 which serves as an actuator to drive connection or disconnection operation of the clutch 50; and control means 60 which controls the motor 51 serving as the actuator. The control means 60 disengages the clutch 50 by operating the motor 51 serving as the actuator when a temperature of the engine 3 at start-up time is lower than a set value. The clutch 50 is arranged on a power transmission passage between the output shaft of the engine 3 and an input shaft 45a of a hydraulic pump 45. |
