Provided is a method of reinforcing a response reduced-type wall by a vertical division of a wall and a continuation of a horizontal bar, which vertically divides a wall needing reinforcement into at least 2 parts and by performing continuation of a horizontal bar cut at an end portion of the divided wall, maintains shear strength while reducing bending rigidity to reduce a bending moment due to a seismic load.
