PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable pull-out work to be efficiently executed by limiting movement of a jack base 5 by a reaction force of a jack 7.SOLUTION: A pull-out device 4 includes: a jack base 5 that is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of a first column 1 by a metal band 11; a jack retainer 6 that is arranged in the state of abutting on an end surface 2a of a second column 2; a jack 7; and an auxiliary support tool 8 that is arranged adjacently to the jack base 5. An first inclined surface 39 of the jack base 5 and a second inclined surface 62 of the auxiliary support tool 8 are brought into contact with each other. When a reaction force of the jack 7 is received, a wedge action occurs to reliably inhibit movement of the jack base 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
