PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist walking appropriately according to a degree of tiredness.SOLUTION: A walking assist device 1 includes a leg device 11 mounted on a leg of a user and having an actuator 11d for imparting torque to a leg joint of the user, a control arithmetic part 12 for controlling an operation of the actuator 11d of the leg device 11, a blood pressure manometer 13 for measuring blood pressure of the user, a clock 14, and a storage part 15 for storing the blood pressure of the user measured by the blood pressure manometer 13 at a time measured by the clock 14 as blood pressure biological rhythm. Using the blood pressure biological rhythm stored in the storage part 15 as a reference, the control arithmetic part 12 increases an assisting amount when the measured blood pressure is higher than the reference, and decreases the assisting amount when the measured blood pressure is lower than the reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
