<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-supply apparatus of a printing machine wherein fluctuation in rotation of an ink distributing roller caused by variation in torque applied on the ink distributing roller when the ink distributing roller accelerates a vibrating roller without using a complicated device. <P>SOLUTION: A contact point E of a cam follower 52 and a cam 51, at which the circumference of the vibrating roller and the circumference of the ink distributing roller are caused to start getting into contact with each other, and a contact point C of the cam follower 52 and the cam 51, at which the circumference of the vibrating roller and the circumference of the ink distributing roller are allowed to get into contact with each other in a predetermined nip width, are set on the outer circumference of the cam 51. The distance between the contact point E and the contact point C is set to the optimum length L in which the ink distributing roller can be gradually accelerated to cause the vibrating roller to follow the rotation of the ink distributing roller and rotate until the contact width of the circumference of the ink distributing roller and the circumference of the vibrating roller reaches the specified nip width after the start of contact. A curved line capable of causing displacements La, Lb, Lc and Ld per unit angle α1 defined by equally dividing the angle corresponding to the length L is employed between the points E and C, wherein the displacements La, Lb, Lc and Ld gradually increase in the rotation direction of the cam 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
