<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate replacement device which can deal with an issue of oversize printing plates. <P>SOLUTION: A loader in a first position near a printing unit 100 is set apart from the latter and located to a third position between the first position and a second position. The loader 7 of a first perpendicular state is set to a third state tilted only by an angle (α). Further, the loader 7 is transferred in the arrow (F) direction (the lower side of an overall length) and then is transferred in the arrow A direction to allow the loader 7 to approach the printing unit 100.
