<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize the thinning as well as being equipped with a pressurizing mechanism and a guide mechanism for a movable body, and also capable of removing the influence of restructive force. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillatory wave motor has an elastic oscillator 4 consisting of a permanent magnet 1 and a piezoelectric element 3 fixed to each other, a plurality of motion extrators 2A and 2B provided in the permanent magnet 1, and the movable body 5 which is pressurized into contact with the plurality of motion extractors 2A and 2B. A closed magnetic path for magnetic flux is made, which connects the elastic oscillator 4 with the movable body 5 via the plurality of motion extractors 2A and 2B, and besides the flow direction of the magnetic flux within the movable body 5 and the shifting direction of the movable body 5 are aligned with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
