A color film substrate, a touch display screen and a method for manufacturing the color film substrate improve the display quality of the touch display screen and the touch sensitivity of the touch display screen. The color film substrate comprises an underlay substrate (1), a touch electrode (2), a color filter (3) and a black matrix (4), wherein the touch electrode (2) is located on the outer side of the underlay substrate (1), at least one of the color filter (3) and the black matrix (4) covers the outer side of the touch electrode (2). Since at least one of the color filter (3) and the black matrix (4) covers the outer side of the touch electrode (2), fringe patterns of the touch electrode (2) can be reduced or eliminated from the screen, and thus this solution is capable of effectively improving the display quality of the touch display screen. In addition, as the touch electrode (2) is located on the outer side of the underlay substrate (1), the touch sensitivity is not affected by the thickness of the underlay substrate (1), and thus this solution is also capable of improving the touch sensitivity of the touch display screen.
