<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit which is easy to design, small-sized, and reduces spurious without reducing radiation power. <P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency circuit comprises: an oscillation section which generates a high-frequency signal; an input/output section which outputs the high-frequency signal to the outside as an output signal and inputs a high-frequency signal from the outside to the high-frequency circuit as an input signal; a mixer section which is disposed between the oscillation section and the input/output section for generating a low-frequency signal on the basis of the output signal and the input signal; and a DC-cut capacitor which is disposed between the oscillation section and the mixer section for cutting off a DC current. The high-frequency circuit further includes a transmission line respectively connecting in series the oscillation section, the DC-cut capacitor, the mixer section and the input/output section, and the DC-cut capacitor is a laminated ceramic capacitor including Zr. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
