Provided are an organic electroluminescent display device, a display apparatus, and a manufacturing method therefor. The organic electroluminescent display device comprises a base substrate, and organic electroluminescent pixel units arranged on the base substrate in a matrix. Each organic electroluminescent pixel unit comprises at least one organic electroluminescent structure, the organic electroluminescent structure comprising a cathode layer (001), an anode layer, and an organic light emitting layer located between the cathode layer and the anode layer. The organic electroluminescent pixel unit further comprises pixel circuits (101, 201, 301) correspondingly connected to the organic electroluminescent structure and used to drive the organic electroluminescent structure to emit light, the pixel circuits comprising switch units and capacitors (Cst1, Cst2, Cst3), and the capacitors being located above or below a layer where the switch units are located. The organic electroluminescent display device can reduce the duty cycle of a storage capacitor in a pixel circuit.
