<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattering of dew condensation water while improving assembling workability of a tube sheet to a heat exchanger module of a heat exchanger of an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: First tube sheets and second tube sheets mounted in the direction in parallel with fins, are mounted at both end portions of a number of fins, the first tube sheets are integrated with the fins by a number of heat transfer pipes, the second tube sheets have engagement portions respectively engaged with an inner face of an U-shaped face at a return side of the heat transfer pipe folded in the U-shape, and the second tube sheets have engagement portions of a plurality of rows to which heat transfer pipe end portions of the heat exchangers are respectively fitted. When the second tube sheets are engaged with the heat exchanger end portions in a post-process, the heat exchanger module is engaged and locked along the engagement portion formed corresponding to each heat transfer pipe, thus it can be easily assembled only by pressing work into the heat transfer pipe. As a plurality of shielding ribs are formed on a back face of the engagement portion, the dew condensation water moving along the engagement portion is not flashed along an inclined plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
