METHOD FOR INTRODUCING GENE

PURPOSE:To obtain a marrow cell containing introduced gene in high efficiency by dividing and proliferating a marrow cell containing introduced gene in a culture liquid containing B-cell differentiation factor. CONSTITUTION:A gene is introduced into a marrow cell e.g. by retrovirus process and the cell is cultured in a culture liquid containing a B-cell differentiation factor(BCDF) or BCDF and interleukin-3 (IL-3). The concentration of BCDF is 10-500ng/ml in the case of exclusive use of BCDF and the concentrations of BCDF and IL-3 are 10-500ng/ml and 40-500unit/ml in the case of using BCDF in combination with IL-3.
