摘要 |
PURPOSE:To quicken the assignment processing of a channel and to make the size small by generating neural network configuration information so as to apply channel assignment to the channel. CONSTITUTION:A neural net configuration information generating means 20 generates respectively input information and a synapse weight T to configurate a neural network based on inter-zone interference information and number of calls in existence in each zone, gives the former to a synapse weight setting section 32 and the latter to a neural network 31. The neural network 31 calculate an optimum channel to be assigned to each call based on each input information I fed from the neural network configuration information generating means 20, each synapse weight T set by the synapse weight setting section 32 and a channel number (n). Thus, the assignment processing of the channel is quickened and the size is made small.
