<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient management of information which is needed for each section or post of an organization. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: a key word data base 64 for associating one or more than one keyword with each category and associating validity data with each keyword to store it; an information retrieval means 57 for inputting category information and extracting information on the basis of the key word associated with the category; an information display means 58 for displaying the extracted information; an evaluation data input means 59 for updating the validity data of the keyword corresponding to the information on the basis of the evaluation data inputted to each piece of the extracted information; and a keyword updating means 60 for updating the keyword on the basis of the validity data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
