PURPOSE:To allow even an exchange not having a ground common line signal network to utilize satellite communication. CONSTITUTION:An exchange 1(2) using a satellite channel composed of a satellite speech channel 102(103) and a satellite common channel 104(105, 106) is provided with a satellite channel connector 3(4) making the transmission/ reception of a connection signal with a communication satellite 5 via the satellite common channel 104(105). Furthermore, a satellite channel relay exchange 7 is provided with a satellite common line signal converter 6 making the transmission/reception of a connection signal with the satellite channel relay exchange 7 and making the transmission/reception of a connection signal with a communication satellite 5 via the satellite common channel 106. |
