PURPOSE:To obtain the subject high-density composition high in the orientation degree of its crystal grains, to obtain a resonant cavity durable to a microwave input energy of >=10W by using the thin superconductor layer derived from this composition, and to obtain a magnetic shielding material ensuring magnetic shielding with such thin superconductor layer. CONSTITUTION:This oxide superconducting composition is such as to contain both C and K in a Bi2223-based oxide superconducting composition, and its chemical composition is pref. as follows: 28.4-38.7 wt.% of Bi, 1.7-8.1wt.% of Pb, 14.3-19.3wt.% of Sr, 5.7-8.3wt.% of Ca, 16.2 l-18.6wt.% of Cu, 15.5-18.0wt.% of O, 0.06-1.1wt.% of C, and 0.4-6.9wt.% of K. |
