<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact clean room emergency lighting devices prevented form the lowering of a laminar flow function of a ceiling filter. <P>SOLUTION: On the clean room emergency lighting devices arranged in all directions at a prescribed intervals on the ceiling of the clean room, casings 11 are housed in a ceiling frames 2 supporting filter units having cross sections of which the lower faces are opened. A storage battery 18, a lighting circuit 12, and a light bulb 15 lighting at emergency are housed in the casing 11. The casing 11 is arranged at an appropriate position in the ceiling frame 2 in compliance with the planar layout of the ceiling frame so as to secure prescribed illuminance against an objective floor area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
