<p>PURPOSE:To ensure a safety for an examiner and to reduce a burden to the examiner by providing a control means for delivering data which-are count values measured by a travel position measuring means when support columns are detected during running of a load take-in and -out device, and which are stored in order, to a screen display means, so as to automatically measure pitches and inclinations of support columns for racks. CONSTITUTION:Plates 31 to be detected are provided on a post 13 of a take-in and -out device, each at each of height positions of the lower ends of crossarms at different levels, and photoelectric switches 32, 33, 34 for detecting vertical support columns 2 of left and right racks, and the plates 31 to be detected, respectively. A pulse encoder 36 and a photoelectric switch 38 for detecting an HP of the take-in and -out device are provided in a running motor 22 and a lower frame, respectively. A controller 35 counts and delivers a signal indicating an elevated position of an elevator car from an original position, and a signal indicating a running position of the take-in and -out device. A running position at each level is automatically learned for every support column 2 in accordance with stored output data, and pitches and inclinations of the support columns 2 are displayed. With this arrangement in which the measurement is automated, it is possible to ensure the safety for a tester and to reduce a burden to him.</p> |
