PURPOSE: To simply bend and superpose a peripheral part with a lining material by bending the bending and superposing part of the lining material of a modularized member which consists of a dimensionally stable support member and the lining material bonded thereto. CONSTITUTION: A heated mat-like material of a support member 15 is inserted in a multi-functional tool having an upper tool 5, a stroke-limiting stop means 12 and a top plate 2, fitted with a centering bolt 10 and molded into a modularized member by closing the tool and a lining material 14, are bonded to the surface of the modularized member. The protruding part 15' of the support member 15 is cut off along the edge part of the support member 5 by shearing, and the protruding part of the lining material is incorporated lastly in the multi-functional tool to be trimmed by a trimming knife 7. Next, the protruding part of the lining material 14 is bent to be superposed on the peripheral edge part of the modularized member. |
