<p>PURPOSE: To obtain strong interlaminate strength by forming the intermediate layer held between layers composed of thermoplastic resins A1 , B1 not bonded to each other from a thermoplastic resin compsn. based on thermoplastic resins A2 , B2 having adhesiveness to the thermoplastic resins A1 , B1 and having a sea-island structure. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin laminate consists of first and second layers respectively composed of thermoplastic resins A1 , B1 not bonded to each other and the intermediate layer positioned between those layers to be bonded to both of them. The intermediate layer is formed from a thermoplastic resin compsn. based on thermoplastic resins A2 , B2 . In the vicinity of the interface with the first layer of the intermediate layer, the thermoplastic resin A2 forms a sea phase and the thermoplastic resin B2 forms an island phase under conditions of the resin temp. and shearing speed at a time of simultaneous co-extrusion and, in the vicinity of the interface with the second layer of the intermediate layer, the thermoplastic resin B2 forms a sea phase and the thermoplastic resin A2 forms an island phase under the same conditions.</p> |
