<p>PURPOSE:To automate operation of a water supplying and suction pump and to feed accurately and easily a required amt. of water under a correct hydraulic pressure in a technique for lining of the inner face of a pipe wherein a resin plug is transferred under pressure by means of hydraulic flow. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic flow control apparatus 7 is constituted in such a way that a hydraulic governer 22, an input side pressure meter 23, a strainer 24, a flow meter 25 electrically connected to a counter 29, a needle valve 26, an electromagnetic valve 27 and an output side pressure meter 28 are successively connected with a pipe 21 from the water supplying and suction pump side and a water supplying hole 21b of another end is connected to a water supplying hose 6. The electromagnetic valve is usually at an open position and is closed by a set amt. of water passing signal output from the counter and the lining resin and a pig are simultaneously stopped.</p> |
