PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device in which a guide rail fixable to a bonding element is made parallel to a plane, in which the receiving face of a substrate is stretched, without losing the vertical properties and tilting of the bonding element previously regulated for the receiving face or is circled within a plane stretched at a prescribed angle and also operation is performed easily and surely. SOLUTION: The fixing device capable of fixing on the surface of a structural member is equipped with a substrate 1, a clamping element 3 and a ball 4 capable of being clamped between the substrate 1 and the clamping element 3. The ball 4 penetrates the penetrating opening 6 of the clamping element 3 which has a central axial line stretched vertically for receiving faces 14 in the substrate 1. A bearing part 7 is provided in the end region of a bonding element 5 opposed to the substrate 1. The bearing part 7 is engaged with the inside of a bearing 8 provided in correspondence with the central part of the ball 4. Thereby, the bonding element 5 can be turned for the ball 4. |
