PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize fluctuation of metering by remaining pressure after rotation of a screw is stopped by monitoring a position of stopping of a plunger and closing a valve for a resin path. SOLUTION: A plasticization cylinder 22 in which a screw 20 for plasticization is freely rotatably is mounted is arranged in parallel to an injection cylinder 12 in which a plunger for injection is mounted. The injection cylinder 12 and the plasticization cylinder 22 communicate with each other by a resin path 3 provided with a check valve 28. A plasticized resin is press- transferred into the injection cylinder 12 from the plasticization cylinder side through the resin path 3 to perform metering. A position for stopping rotation of the screw is set in advance at the front of a normal position for stopping of metering by the plunger 10 by using it as a reference. At the position, rotation of the screw is stopped to stop plasticization. Thereafter, metering based on resin flow caused by remaining pressure is performed to monitor a position of stopping of the retreating plunger 10. When the plunger reaches the position of stopping, the check valve 28 is closed to complete metering. |
