PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically align and to accurately thread without biting by providing a means for forwarding a temporarily clamping unit to switch to blowing immediately before threading and flying another thread member ahead. SOLUTION: A front member is sucked to a first temporarily clamping unit during stopping of a rotary table 5, and a second temporarily clamping unit at a right side horizontal position is disposed along the same axis as that of a work 2. In this state, an index 10 is operated to rotate the table 5 at 1/4 turn clockwise. The second unit is advanced by a cam drive. On this way, a gear 8 of the second unit is engaged with a gear 9 of a motor 7, and rotated while advancing, The suction by vacuum is stopped immediately before engaging of the end of the member with the work 2 is started, air is blown by utilizing the same air hole to fly out the member. The flown-out member is automatically aligned with the work 2 while rotating, smoothly engaged and not bitten. |
