PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed polypropylene container which controls troubles in molding such as deterioration in functions including the decrease of an expansion ratio and a closed cell ratio, and perforation, draw down, wrinkle generation, and defective molding in thermoforming and is excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: A method for producing a foamed polypropylene container in which a foamed sheet containing polypropylene as a main component is vacuum-formed at the melting peak temperature of the sheet measured by a differential calorimeter or below, under an air pressure of 1.5-50 kg/cm2, and at plug drawing spedd of 250-1000 mm/sec or below and the foamed polypropylene container obtained by the method are provided. |
