PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely realize a dynamic image processing with a simplified constitution of an image distributor for distributing image information taken by cameras to image processors which realize a concentrated supervisory of the image information as well as the image processors and the cameras. SOLUTION: The image distributor comprises a communication interface means 12 for forming a communication channel with an image processor 11 for processing dynamic image information individually indicating images in shot areas of cameras 10-1 to 10-n, a dynamic region discriminating means 13 for discriminating dynamic regions of the image information individually indicating the images in the shot areas of the cameras 10-1 to 10-n, and a control means 14 for transmitting the image information and the discrimination result of the dynamic regions discriminated in the image information by the discriminating means 13 over the communication channel formed by the interface means 12 to the image processor 11.
