PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remotely operating system capable of easily reducing a number of components at a low cost in the system having a plurality of remote controllers for remotely operating a water heater body. SOLUTION: The water heater body 1 has a plurality of remote controllers 2 to 4 and a low-speed communication interface L1 for communicating at a low speed, meanwhile, the remotely operating system comprises the controllers 2 to 4 having high-speed communication interfaces H2 to H4 for communicating at a high speed therebetween. A kitchen remote controller 2 of host equipment has a low-speed communication interface L2 for communicating directly with the interface L1 of the body 1 and for executing a traffic communication with the interface H2 provided in itself.
