PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize music distribution which has high convenience to users while solving problems of the copyright law. SOLUTION: An information center MC stored with music data when distributing music data at a distribution request from an on-vehicle machine 1 or personal computer 6 on condition that the data are charged for as specified distributes the music data in one of the 1st distribution mode wherein the music data are distributed only once at the distribution request in data format that the on-vehicle machine 1 or personal computer 6 can store and the 2nd distribution mode wherein the music data are distributed more than once at the distribution request in data format that the on-vehicle machine 1 or personal computer 6 can not store.
