<p>A system is provided for monitoring response-time behavior of arbitraty applications. The system provides packet-level and transaction-level (60, 62) response times. The response time delay is separated into network and server components (64, 66, 68) to identify bottlenecks. The network delay component can be updated using continual innovations. Response time computations are based on the actual application from any desired clients.</p> |
