<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at downsizing and aim at improving reliability of breakdown voltage performance. SOLUTION: This is a switchgear retained by an insulating material 28 having a prescribed vacuum gap 32 and the insulating material 28 by arranging an arc shield 31 surrounding the main circuit switch 20, wherein an electric field relaxation ring 15a of metallic container side is arranged at the metallic container 15 so as to oppose to the arc shield 31, wherein an electric field relaxation ring 33 of an insulation housing room side is arranged in an insulation housing room 17 at the opposing side to the metallic container 15, and wherein a distance between the arc shield 31 and the electric field relaxation ring 15a of the metallic container side is made smaller than that between the arc shield 31 and the electric field relaxation ring 33 of the insulation housing room side.</p> |
