The main part (10) of the sliding element has a base (11) with a curved front area, two lateral segments (12) with horizontal extensions (13) at the top and a wedge-shaped central part (14), to be used as a joint element. The front part (20) also comprises a base (23) for being inserted into a space (16) provided at the joint element (14), a hook (21) for holding the pulling element and a ring (22, 24) for the insertion of the bow of a padlock. After insertion the front ends (17) of the central part (14) can be bent around the front of the base (23) of the front part (20) in order to create a secure connection.
