<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reducing volume of waste Tofu in which the volume of waste Tofu is reduced by dehydration treatment of waste Tofu such as deformed Tofu or unsold Tofu and the treated waste Tofu can be used as feed for animals. <P>SOLUTION: Waste Tofu and water are put in an agitating tank 35 and they are agitated with an agitating blade 36 and the liquefied Tofu S is conveyed to the interior of an intermediate tank 31 and an aggregation promotor is added to the interior of the intermediate tank 31 and the interior of the tank is agitated and then, the liquefied Tofu S is conveyed to a flocking apparatus 32 and a flocculant is added to the interior of the apparatus 32 and further, the liquefied Tofu S is dehydrated by a dehydrator 33 and dried by a drier 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
