<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of eliminating disorder, image scattering, etc. of a toner image to form a successful image by performing appropriate destaticization according to volume resistivity value of transfer paper or an image pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus, having a photoreceptor 10, a transfer device 6 which transfers the toner image on the surface of the photoreceptor 10 to the transfer paper while the transfer paper is electrostatically attracted and conveyed and a planar electrode member 66 provided at a position where the transfer paper is exfoliated from the transfer device 6, is provided with an angle adjustment means 69 for adjusting an angle of the planar electrode member 66 to the transfer paper exfoliated from the transfer device 6 based on the volume resistivity value of the transfer paper or a printing pattern to be transferred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
