A plasma display apparatus is provided to change an air flow of the hot air generated from a drive circuit which is installed to a chassis base, and to lower temperature of exhaust air discharged to a rear case. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma panel, a chassis base(40) made of plastic and disposed opposite to an image displaying side of the plasma panel for supporting the plasma panel, and an air guide portion(44) formed on the chassis base. The air guide is integrally formed with the chassis base, and is spaced apart from an upper portion of a drive circuit. The air guide has a round end declined toward the drive circuit.
