PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus used for making a bathroom into a sauna space which dispenses with a humidity sensor and warms the bathroom comfortably without being affected by cold radiation from floor or walls of the bathroom. SOLUTION: The sauna apparatus comprises a warm air blowing means 5a for blowing air warmed by a warming means 3 into the bathroom, a humidified air blowing means 5b for blowing air humidified by a humidifying means 4 into the bathroom, a bathroom temperature detection means 9 for detecting the temperature within the bathroom, an outside temperature detection means 10 for detecting the temperature outside of the bathroom, and a means for detecting the temperature of excess humidifying water 11 for detecting the temperature of humidifying water not used by the humidifying means 4. The sauna apparatus adjusts the degree of warming and humidification on the basis of the temperatures detected by the bathroom temperature detection means 9, the outside temperature detection means 10, and the means for detecting the temperature of excess humidifying water 11. With such a configuration, the sauna apparatus dispenses with a humidity sensor and controls to keep comfortable temperature and humidity while preventing cold radiation.
