PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing chip which weighs a liquid with high precision only by simple operation in a simple constitution, and also to provide an inspection method using the same. SOLUTION: The weighing chip has: a chip main body; a first flow channel formed to the chip main body; a second flow channel communicating with the first flow channel at one end part thereof; and a third flaw channel communicating with the other end of the second flow channel. When the peripheral length of the first flow channel in the vicinity of the opening part of the second flow channel is set at L1, the cross-sectional area thereof is set at S1, and the peripheral length of the first opening opened to the first flow channel of the second flow channel is set at L2 and the cross-sectional area thereof is set at S2, the formula: (L1/S1)<(L2/S2) is formed. At least a part of the first opening part is stepped in the second flow channel, and at least a part of the second opening part, opened to the third flow channel, in the second flow channel.
