A run-flat pneumatic tire having a continuous supporting bar is provided to drive safely by improving the mechanical strength of a contact member with mixing fabric fiber with a matrix and combining an elastic ring with the contact member stably. A continuous supporting bar(200) includes two annular contact members(210) and an elastic ring(220). The support surface of the contact member is contacted to the inner circumference of the bead of a pneumatic tire(100), and the elastic ring is inserted to the inner circumference of the contact member. The annular contact member is formed of a matrix made of elastic rubber, and fabric fiber(212) is distributed evenly in the matrix. The fabric fiber of 3 to 10 wt% is mixed with the contact member of 100g. The diameter of the fabric fiber is 10 to 100 micrometers, and the length of the fabric fiber is 0.5 to 3 mm.
