DETERMINATION OF THIAMETHOXAM BY USING DIRECT COMPETITIVE ELISA

A method for analyzing the remaining amount of thiamethoxam is provided to determine the remaining amount of thiamethoxam with an optimum sensitivity rapidly and simply. Through a direct competitive ELISA analysis method using 0.5mug/ml of a coating anti-mouse IgG, a coating mouse anti-thiamethoxam mAb which is prepared from hapten represented by the formula(1) and is 6,000 times diluted, and 4,000 times diluted hapten-HRP conjugate, the amount of the remaining thiamethoxam is analyzed. The method is characterized in that each final concentration of methanol and Tween 20 in well is less than 5% and 0.25%, respectively, pH inside of the well is 7.5 and the buffer ion strength inside of the well is 1X PBS.
