The device has bases, each receiving an anchorage (13) and comprising a hole (20) for passage of a cable (16). Each base has a transversal shoulder (19) and housing (32) for retaining an anchorage body (14) in the base and not retaining wedges (15) when the base and a corresponding cable gripping head are spaced from each other along an axial direction, by jacks. An end piece (25) is provided for liberation of the cable from the head. The cable gripping heads (5-7) are arranged with respect to the corresponding bases.
