Three or more circuits selected from among a driving inverter circuit (A1) and rectifier circuits (A2-A4) are connected in series. The inverter circuit and the rectifier circuits are configured by connecting a high voltage side MOSFET and a low voltage side MOSFET in series and connecting the MOSFETs between the positive and negative terminals of smoothing capacitors (Cs1-Cs4). Between the prescribed one circuit (A1) and other circuits (A2-A4), LC serially connected bodies (LC12, LC13, LC14) wherein capacitors (Cr) and inductors (Lr) are connected in series are arranged by equally arranging resonance periods. In a DC/DC power converter using charging/discharging of the capacitors (Cr), conversion efficiency is improved by using resonance phenomenon caused by the LC serially connected bodies (LC12, LC13, LC14), and the device configuration is dimensionally reduced. |
