An elbow-rest monopod (1) is characterized by a combination of the following features: a monopod column (4), a base (3) at a lower end (7), and an elbow support (5) at an upper end (6) for exclusive support of the elbow joint with free mobility of both the upper arm and the lower arm, said support having a central recess (9), at least under the weight of the elbow joint, wherein protrusions (10) disposed in a U-shape, when viewed from above, project above the central recess (9) on at least three sides, and which elbow support (5) is resiliently, and/or plastically flexible in the areas that come into contact with the elbow joint. |
