PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR valve thermoregulator selectively cooling and warming up an EGR valve. SOLUTION: This EGR valve thermoregulator 40 is provided with: a first water passage 30 supplying engine cooling water to a water jacket 13; a second water passage 31 supplying engine cooling water from a radiator 20 to the water jacket 13; an EGR valve water passage 12a formed in the EGR valve 12 of an EGR device; a hot water passage 41 supplying engine cooling water from the first water passage 30 to the EGR valve water passage 12a; a cooling water passage 42 supplying engine cooling water from the second water passage 31 to the EGR valve water passage 12a; and a selector valve 43 selectively changing over engine cooling water supply from the hot water passage 41 to the EGR valve water passage 12a and engine cooling water supply from the cooling water passage 42 to the EGR valve water passage 12a.
