PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based resin composition which is low in luster and is excellent in surface impact characteristics, and to provide a molded article comprising the same. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition comprises 70 to 90 wt.% of the following propylenic polymer (A) and 10 to 30 wt.% of an inorganic filler (B), wherein the propylenic polymer (A) is a propylene-ethylene block copolymer which comprises 60 to 75 wt.% of a crystalline polypropylene portion comprising a propylene homopolymer, or a copolymer of propylene with≤1 mol.% of ethylene or a≥4Cα-olefin and 25 to 40 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer portion having a propylene/ethylene weight ratio of 75/25 to 35/65 and which satisfies specific requirements (1) and (2), and an injection molded article comprises the resin composition.
